Fussy to set up but a good variety of games
After playing the original games the Wii came with, this was a little fussier to set up. We also had to break some habits and develop new skills. There are enough games to not get bored quickly, and they are different from the original CD. Overall, it’s a good game with which to whet the electronic gaming appetite.

A Good Variety of Games
I got this because I was looking for something that had all your typical amusement games, or, what I call bar games. It has darts, shuffleboard, skiball, lawn darts and more. It is a great little collection of games for the price. It does take a few times to understand the rules and scoring (how I learned to play was different that in the game). The only down side is that you can’t use your own Miis and the characters in the game have annoyingly repetitive movements. Otherwise, this is a great game for a small gathering.

Fairly good set of games
Throwing horse shoes with this game is nothing like the real thing, unlike many of the other Wii games. It’s hard to get the horse shoes to go or land where you think they will land. You can’t “spin” the horse shoe. You can’t look down from above, to see how the horse shoe landed, just look from your end, which doesn’t tell you anything. Many look like “leaners”, but when scored, you find out they aren’t. Give me the real thing every time, compared to this game. But, the other games aren’t too bad.

Wow!…. It was so underwhelming
Game Party 2 was definitely the first let down I have experienced when it came to the Wii. Not only is the game incredibly boring, but you can’t even use your own Mii in the game. You have a limited choice of computerized rejects to play with who I am pretty sure look nothing like any real person.

The games themselves quickly became mundane and reptitive, but not in any challenging sort of way. The trivia game even began to repeat the same questions after only a couple of rounds! Difficult to gauge games like bags and lawn darts made no sense with the controller and shuffle board was mind numbing after a short period of time.

This game fell short and you really have to question why on Earth anyone would put out a game with no style, fun or creativity. If you have a choice, buy another game. This is by far not fun for the whole family or anyone for that matter.

Not as great as it sounds
My husband and I were very excited when we bought our wii, but quickly learned that we needed something else to play besides the wii sports. We like to have family and friends over and thought this would be great since it’s a “party” game. However, this game is not as good as it looks. The characters are pretty cheesey and there isn’t a lot of skill involved in any of the games. Overall, this is a game where I think I’d save my money!

Easy and Useful
I bought this product so that I could grind small amounts of flour from less common whole grains for breadmaking and emergency preparedness purposes.

The grinder is very simple to put together and fairly easy to use. Be aware that you may have to tighten the clamp occasionally as you use the grinder, but it is not difficult to do. I wouldn’t attempt to grind large amounts of flour at a time unless you want your arms to hurt, but it is perfect for grinding a few cups at a time for a recipe- and kids love to help out!

Also, while the coarseness of the flour can be varied, but it will not produce a superfine (cake) flour.

Great Product!
This is a very well built Hand Grain Mill. It is very similar to the one built by Back to Basics but in most cases this one can be found a little bit cheaper. This is a great item to have with your food storage for emergency purposes.

Good Product
It takes a long time to grind 1 cup of flour! That being said, this is the only hand mill I’ve owned so perhaps that is the way all hand mills are. I bought this in case I can’t use my electric so I guess it will serve the purpose. It’s definately not something I want to use daily though.

Works just fine
A couple months back we needed to replace our GE microwave which died suddenly. We use the microwave daily so needed a replacement sooner rather than later. I planned on another GE since we have used all GE kitchen products for 30 years. Looked in Consumer Reports and Amazon.

Surprise! GE microwaves were a disaster according to customer reviews at both CR & Amazon. The CR top rated oven, a GE, had 26 of 38 reviews at or below 2 stars. Sears & Panosonic did not fair any better.

This Sharp was down the list on CR ratings but had great reviews. Sharp microwaves on Amazon had solid reviews. The appearance of this one was perfect for our kitchen and had large capacity. Found it at local Fry’s; Ta-Da. (I don’t know if this family could function w/o a microwave!).

We’ve had it for two + months now and it does everything it is supposed to do. Very pleased. Large turntable & capacity are major pluses.

I have no idea what is going on in the microwave indusdry; it seems like the ovens are failing at a far more rapid rate than before. I’m hoping Sharps buck the trend.
