Never Lets You Down
In the summer, humidity in S. FL is overwhelming. I use Philosophy Never Let Them See You Shine Primer on my t-zone and it works wonderfully on shine control. No more having to powder my nose throughout the day!! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep their makeup fresh looking all day and cut down on the shine.

Mistaken
When I first saw this disc, i thought the label was opus 3 (scandinavian audiophile label) since it appears in Amazon as Opus III. But, it ends to be Opus 111 (french label). Has quality, but not as much as Opus 3 usually has. A terrible mistake.

Strike a chord in your heart
This assemblage of early music includes acapella pieces as well as instrumental. It is the ultimate beginner (and expert) CD to Middle Age music. The CD features such wonderful groups as Micrologus and the Greek bizantine Choir. Opus 111 has a great selection of Bizantine music, so look for their other CDs.

really generic
Would not recommend this to a freind.Boring I made the kids sit through it once and then it was put away for ever!!!

kids love it
A few months ago my 2 year old daughter (who never wants to watch tv/movies) chose Kidsongs “A visit to Old MacDonald’s Farm” to check out from the library. She absolutely loved it and was very mesmerized by it. After checking it out every week for over a month I ordered it from amazon.com. I run a Montessori preschool out of my home and showed it to the children one day for movie friday and now that’s all they want to watch! They love to sing along and go through the motions. My daughter has become obsessed with Scarecrow (the host of the movie) and will be a scarecrow for Halloween. I’ve yet to show the movie to a kid that doesn’t love it. I also recommend the Kidsongs Circus movie.

Avoid if your child’s afraid of clowns…
This is our second Kidsongs video, and while the songs are all good, I’d recommend the parents to avoid this one if your child’s afraid of clowns. The scarecrow, a central character in the video, is not exactly a cuddly, reassuring presence. Furthermore, his facial makeup is like a clown’s. My 2.5 year old son’s afraid of clowns, as many kids are, and thus he doesn’t like to watch this video.

Great entertainment (looks dated, especially the costumes and make-up).

The singing, dancing and kid participation are just excellent !!

We love this one even with the dated look.

Not the Nora Roberts I thought she was
I’ve read quite a bit of Nora Roberts. Not every one but many. I loved High Noon and the sisters trilogy so I though I’d pick this up. I read it in just a few days although I did have to re-read some parts as it was sloppy and mishmash in spots. I thought she could have done a much better job. I think she had a deadline to make. Nora, Dear!! Please give me QUALITY reading!

Why, oh why…
Oh why, did I ever deny what I know from experience to be the truth? The truth is, Nora Roberts is just a pulp romance writer. I know her legions of fans will take offense over this opinion, but I tried so many of her books and have found they are formulaic and poorly written. Blood Brothers has a promising beginning, as Roberts sets up the framework for her trilogy with the unwitting unleashing of an ancient demon as they play in the forest. Then, several chapters later, she introduces Quinn, then the second of her three main female leads, and it all goes to, well, hell. Same old schlocky romance story. Steamy sex despite misgivings. The three male leads will pair up with the three females. All of this encouraged by loving families.

The paranormal part is also hokey. I won’t infuriate further by delving into more detail, but it would be laughably easy to do so.

What’s the old saying? If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Disappointing
I have been a Nora Roberts fan for years. That being said, Blood Brothers, has to be one of the worse books I have ever read. I struggled to finish the book. The plot was absurd and boring. Thank goodness I did not buy this book but instead borrowed the book from the library. I have become very disappointed in her writing style in the last few years. I hesitate to purchase any of her books.

This book and the second are awesome writings, My only regret is that I have ot wait till December for hte final book. Just have to reread. That will be enjoyable. Agian another well written book. Throughly enjoyed it.

Good book
Received shipment very promptly. The book is very thorough, though in my case I think assumes I know a bit more about diesel mechanics, especially the hardware involved, than I do. Some of the illustrations are too small for all of the minute detail or process diagramming they attempt to convey.
